    Full moon festival in Vietnam: The Full Moon Festival is held on every 14th day of the lunar month.

    Xu Lady festival

    Xu Lady festival- Vietnam Festivals: Xu Lady festival takes place annually on the second half of the 4th lunar month at Sam mountain, Vinh Te community, Chau Doc district, An Giang province.

    Dong Ky Village Festival

    Dong Ky Village Festival, The Dong Ky firecracker festival Dong Ky village belongs to Dong Quang commune, Tu Son district, Bac Ninh province. Every year, on the 4th day of the 1st lunar month, Dong Ky village holds a firecracker festival.

    La Van Village Festival

    La Van Village Festival: Vietnam Festivals- The ancient La Van is also named La Mien -the home of the traditional vocation - planting cotton and weaving cloth. The name La Van appeared firstly in 1941. Nowadays, La Van village belongs to Quynh Hong community Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province. On the 4th of the first lunar month every year, La Van village organizes the festival of "Vocation Performance" in order to greet a new spring and wish best things for the whole village in the new year.

    Dong Da Festival

    Dong Da Festival, Vietnam festivals: Dong Da hillock festival takes place annually on the 5th of Lunar New Year. This is a victorious festival, organized in memory of the King Quang Trung's great merit - the hero in national history of anti - invaders.

    Tet Doan ngo

    Tet Doan ngo : This is the middle year festival for the prevention of disease and ward off evil spirits (the day of changing weather from spring to summer, this is the time easy to get pathogen). On the day of “killing insects”, every one has to get up early, eat fermented sticky and fruits. The worshipping is held at noon, hour of Ngo.

    Leaving the tomb festival

    Leaving the tomb festival: Unlike other ethnic minorities in Vietnam, some groups in the Central Highlands, including Ede, Gia Rai, Ba Na do not have the practice of worshipping their ancestors and deceased persons. The bereaved only look after the tombs of the deceased for a period of three, five or seven years, and thereafter perform a "leaving the tomb" ceremony to bid farewell them to the village of the death, and the tomb is left unattended.
